14/05/10 Συνάντηση για Εκλογές και Υπογραφή Μελών

Η συνάντηση που έγινε στις 14/05/10 σε υπαίθριο χώρο παραπλεύρως καταστήματος Ουτοπίας, σημείωσε μεγάλη προσέλευση ενδιαφερόμενων διαφόρων ειδικοτήτων και ηλικιών, από φοιτητές μέχρι και άτομα με πολύχρονη εμπειρία στον τομέα τους. Συζητήθηκαν οι στόχοι του συλλόγου, παρουσιάστηκε το Καταστατικό και στην συνέχεια τεθήκαν διάφορα ερωτήματα και ξεκαθάρισαν διάφορα θέματα για την πρακτική λειτουργία του συλλόγου.

Η υπογραφή των Μελών έγινε κανονικά (23 αρχικά μέλη), και γράφτηκαν 10 άτομα στην λίστα για τα μέλη του Διοικητικού Συμβουλίου. Λόγω έλλειψης χρόνου, τα μέλη που θα αποτελούν το Διοικητικό συμβούλιο δεν προχώρησαν στην κατανομή των θέσεων, και αποφασίστηκε ότι θα συνέλθουν σε συνάντηση εντός του επόμενου μήνα, για ολοκλήρωση της διαδικασίας.

Παράλληλα έγινε ενημέρωση για τις επόμενες δραστηριότητες του Συλλόγου και κυρίως για το πρώτο διήμερο εργαστήριο- πρακτικά μαθήματα με τον ειδικό από Γερμανία Manfred Fahnert, που θα γίνει στις 12 και 13 Ιουνίου, 2010 στο χωριό Φλάσου. Παρευρισκόμενα μέλη είχαν επίσης την ευκαιρία να γραφτούν στην λίστα για συμμετοχή στο διήμερο εργαστήριο.
